 Kara Cantrell was raised on the plateau in a large family with deep roots in the community. It was the closeness of her family that nurtured her empathy and a passion for caring for others. Kara's formal journey as a healer began with a decade and a half in pharmaceuticals, she left that career to follow a path that would allow her to have a closer relationship with her clients and provide a larger more lasting impact in their lives.  Upon graduating from Cortiva Institute Kara began working with a local chiropractor and took every opportunity to learn, build and grow her skills and knowledge. She then moved to a position in a spa expanding her skill set even further. In 2021 Cantrell's Body Shop was founded with the mission of providing premium therapeutic care, and luxurious pampering personalized for each of our clients. Kara is a strong believer in our services and in the benefits of holistic care. In 2022 we are expanding even further with a commitment to continue to provide you with the highest quality services.
