Reiki Healing

Every Person Is Different, our healing approach focuses on you as an individual. Using Reiki, an ancient form of energy medicine, we aim to help the flow of energy and remove physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blockages. Through light touch and energy transfer we strive to restore balance and harmony to your life. We provide a safe space and guide you into a state of relaxation so you may let go of your burdens, and release blockages, clearing your mind of stress, reducing anxiety, boosting your mood and encouraging the body to heal naturally.

Reiki is performed with a light touch of the practitioner's hands on or slightly above the body. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Reiki may be paired with other treatments such as massage, and may be performed along with stones, crystals, aromatherapy and/or sound. 

Reiki is performed fully clothed (unless pairing with massage)

Reiki recipients do not need to be in physical proximity to Reiki practitioners to receive Reiki, just as practitioners don’t need to be near recipients to send it. Long-distance Reiki works as well as in-person Reiki because everything is energy, we follow the Reiki protocol and it connects us, because we’re all one. Distance sessions are conducted over the phone or via video chat, and may be performed along with stones, crystals, aromatherapy and/or sound. (Though we want you to be comfortable we do require that all participants in video chat wear clothing with adequate coverage)

Guided Meditation

Meditation is an ancient and increasingly popular practice of mental concentration and relaxation. As the stress levels of our society become higher and higher, so does the number of people looking for a method to relieve that stress inexpensively and effectively. Guided meditation will do that, and provides direction and focus for both new and experienced practitioners. Guided meditation is a state of relaxed concentration invoked and led by another party. The guide will instruct you to relax specific muscles in the body until they are comfortable, and will then lead you through mental images and visualizations, often of healing light or the dissipation of past wrongs. Guided meditation can be as short as a few minutes or as long as several hours. Either way, the purpose is to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing and stress relief. The main benefits of a meditation practice are stress relief and a calmer, more accepting outlook on life.
